Intelligent blade guidance with active magnetic control
With the classic pressure guide of the band saw blade, the operator can only influence the the saw blade's path manually by reducing the feed speed.
If deviations occur – for example due to excessive feed rate or irregular wood properties – a sensor detects the deviation.
In contrast, the Flying Bandsaw M | ONE uses an active band saw blade guiding system: Intelligently controlled magnetic fields guide the band saw blade precisely along the cutting path and correct deviations in real time – without operator intervention.
- Feed speed
The blade run is automatically corrected – without reducing the feed speed. - Maximum cutting precision for higher yield
Precise blade guidance enables exact cuts and improved material yield. - Longer service life of the band saw blade due to reduced stress
Fewer bending operations reduce wear and extend service life. - Self-cleaning design
Open design minimizes contamination and machine downtime.
- Seamless product transition despite technology change
Existing processes continue unchanged despite new guide technology.
The board thickness tolerance of +/-1 [mm] is represented by the lower
limit value (UGW) and the upper limit value (OWG).
