Technical equipment inspection

There is a crucial difference between “still running” and “running reliably”.

Your maintenance teams and technicians do an excellent job every day and know their equipment inside out. However, in day-to-day operations, there is often little time to thoroughly assess irregularities such as unusual noises or gradual wear.

This is exactly where our technical inspection comes in: structured, transparent, and tailored to your equipment. You receive clear decision-making insights and can identify risks before they become real problems.

Minimal effort for you – we take care of the entire process.

Inspection with real substance

An external perspective on your equipment
We identify issues that are often overlooked in daily operations.

Experience from numerous sawmills
We know what equipment looks like in both optimal and critical condition.

Detection of noises, vibrations, and movements
Problems often become apparent in operating behaviour—before they show up in measurement data.

Targeted inspection of typical wear points
We focus on components that experience shows are most likely to fail first.

Focus on critical assemblies
Key components are evaluated in greater detail.

Practical, actionable recommendations
You receive clear guidance on what needs to be done – without detours.

Assessment of remaining service life
We provide a realistic estimate of how long components will continue to operate.

Planning instead of surprises
Necessary actions are identified early, before unplanned downtime occurs.

Inspection and documentation form the basis for clear, effective actions.

During the inspection, all relevant data is recorded digitally on-site. The system structure, individual machines and assemblies, as well as the overall condition, are documented systematically. This creates a complete and transparent picture of your equipment. All information is centrally available and can be accessed at any time—making analysis easier and enabling the derivation of concrete measures.

Equipment inspection–service agreement

A service agreement ensures that necessary measures can be implemented proactively integrated into your ongoing operations and individually tailored in coordi-nation with you.

Here is an example of how a collaboration could look:
