What you’ll do

Your journey starts in our fully equipped training workshop, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of metalworking. From there, things really take off: whether in steel construction, mechanical production, or assembly—you’ll develop into a true tech-nical professional. You’ll make sure machines run smoothly—precisely, reliably, and with real expertise.


Your responsibilities

As an Industrial mechanic (m/f/d), you ensure that the heart of any company—production—runs smoothly. You’ll build, install, and maintain machines for our cus-tomers or manufacture the required components. You’ll learn from experienced pro-fessionals and gradually take on more responsibility. We also offer further training opportunities, such as becoming a Master Craftsman or State-Certified Technician (m/f/d).

Apprenticeship as Electronics technician

What you’ll do

Your training begins in our in-house training workshop before you move on to our electrical workshop. During your apprenticeship, you are not only responsible for ensuring the reliable power supply of our systems, but also for keeping operations running smoothly by installing and commissioning equipment and systems. The ap-prenticeship as an Electronics technician for industrial operations (m/f/d) lasts 3.5 years and takes place at our Altötting location.


Your responsibilities

As an Electronics technician for industrial operations (m/f/d), you will install electri-cal components and automation systems for our customers’ machines and equipment. In other words, your work ensures smooth processes within the com-pany. Sounds like a lot of responsibility? It is— but it’s also highly rewarding. After completing   your apprenticeship, you have the opportunity to continue your profes-sional development as a Master Craftsman or State-Certified Technician (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities 

As an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d), you manage the business operations within our com-pany. For example, you may negotiate with our suppliers as a purchaser, prepare cost calculations and offers for our customers in the internal sales department, or ensure the correct accounting of all business transactions. After completing your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to continue your professional develo-pment as a Certified Specialist (Fachwirt) or Business Administrator (Betriebswirt) (m/f/d).

What you’ll do

As a Technical Product Designer (m/f/d), you will develop and design components, assemblies, and products. You will create technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software, prepare technical documentation, and coordinate closely with de-sign, production, and other specialist departments.

 

Your responsibilities  

As a Technical product designer (m/f/d), you work on the development and design of technical products and components. You create precise technical drawings as well as 2D and 3D models using CAD software, turning specifications into produc-tion-ready designs. You take materials, manufacturing processes, functionality, and cost-effectiveness into account. In addition, you prepare bills of materials and tech-nical documentation and support the entire product development process. You col-laborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth workflows. After suc-cessfully completing your apprenticeship, you have access to a wide range of further training opportunities is available, for example as a Certified Technical Spe-cialist (m/f/d).
