A centralised data management creates space and opportunities for analysing production proces-ses, optimizing machine running times, evaluating machine downtimes and simplifying maintenan-ce documentation.
Information and key figures are displayed quickly and clearly in a graphical user interface and can be checked and edited on the intranet as well as via the Internet.
It is possible at any time to create new products in the work preparation and to enter orders. For production, the orders are immediately available for activation. It is also possible to react to fault messages, evaluate statistics and plan maintenance operations.
