Get up close. New developments and enhancements
Right where assembly and testing take place.
Three new developments and enhanced solutions take centre stage at our Open Days:
- VNDK 8-Axis Double-Arbor Circular Saw
- FR15 H Profiling Unit with new drive system
- PF19-2 Chipper Canter with a New Co-Rotating Centre Disc
All three machines can be viewed in their entirety and from close range. At the same time, work will continue throughout the Open Days: our technicians will carry on with the assembly process, fine-tune individual details and prepare each machine step by step for operation at the customer’s site.
Before delivery, the machines will also undergo their standard functional testing. You will be able to experience selected tests live in our assembly hall.
Throughout your visit, our specialists from development, engineering, assembly, sales, service and inspection will be available on site to answer your questions and discuss technical topics with you.

To help us plan the event as effectively as possible, we kindly ask you to register early—ideally by 24 August 2026. Of course, registrations submitted after this date are still welcome.
Open Days Programme
On every day of the event, you can look forward to close-up insights into our machines, personal discussions with our specialist teams and plenty of time for direct exchange.
|  | On 2 September 2026, we will open the EWD Open Days with an official welcome. During a machine presentation, we will introduce the systems on display and provide insights into their functions, technical highlights and current stage of development. The programme will also include short technical presentations, guided factory tours and discussions with representatives from development, engineering, assembly, sales, service and inspection. |
 |  | On 3 and 4 September 2026, a more compact programme will be offered without an official opening. The machines on display will remain available for detailed viewing, while our specialists will be on hand to answer technical questions, hold personal discussions and discuss individual projects. |
|  | The EWD Open Days will conclude on 5 September 2026. Once again, visitors can look forward to a comprehensive programme featuring machine presentations, technical discussions, short presentations and guided factory tours. |
