Non-liability clause
1. Content of website
The Author cannot offer any guarantee that the information provided is up-to-date, correct or complete or accept any liability for the quality of such information. 3. Copyright and trademark law
The Author aims in all publications to heed the copyrights of the images, graphics, audio/video clips and texts used, to make use of images, graphics, audio/video clips and texts created by himself or to resort to graphics, audio/video clips and texts free of royalties. All brands and trademarks which are mentioned on the website and have possibly been protected by third parties shall be governed without restriction by the provisions of the relevant applicable trademark laws and the rights of possession of the registered trademark owners. The conclusion that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights should not be drawn by virtue of the mere mention of a trademark! The copyright for any published objects created by the Author himself shall solely remain with the Author of the pages.
