Non-liability clause

1. Content of website
The Author cannot offer any guarantee that the information provided is up-to-date, correct or complete or accept any liability for the quality of such information. All liability claims against the Author in relation to damage of any nature, be it material or immaterial, arising through the utilisation or non-utilisation of the featured information or through the utilisation of erroneous or incomplete information shall be fundamentally excluded unless intent or gross negligence on the part of the Author can be proven. All content shall be non-binding and without obligation. The Author explicitly reserves the right to amend, supplement, delete or temporarily or permanently cease publication of all web pages or parts thereof without special notice to this effect.

2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("hyperlinks") which are beyond the Author's sphere of responsibility, an obligation of liability shall solely come about where the Author was aware of such content and would have been technically able and could have reasonably been expected to prevent utilisation in the event of unlawful content. The Author hereby explicitly declares that at the time of insertion of the link, no illegal content was discernable on the pages forming the subject of the link. The Author has no influence whatsoever on the current or future design, content or authorship of linked/related pages. The Author therefore hereby explicitly distances himself from the entire content of all linked/related pages that were amended following insertion of the link. This declaration shall apply to all links and references included in the Author's online content, in addition to third-party entries made in any guest books, discussion forums, link indexes and mailing lists set up by the Author and in all other forms of databases to which external parties may have write access. Sole liability for illegal, erroneous or incomplete content and in particular for losses arising from the utilisation or non-utilisation of such featured information shall lie with the provider of the page to which reference has been made and not with the party merely making reference to the respective publication by means of links.

3. Copyright and trademark law
The Author aims in all publications to heed the copyrights of the images, graphics, audio/video clips and texts used, to make use of images, graphics, audio/video clips and texts created by himself or to resort to graphics, audio/video clips and texts free of royalties. All brands and trademarks which are mentioned on the website and have possibly been protected by third parties shall be governed without restriction by the provisions of the relevant applicable trademark laws and the rights of possession of the registered trademark owners. The conclusion that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights should not be drawn by virtue of the mere mention of a trademark! The copyright for any published objects created by the Author himself shall solely remain with the Author of the pages. The reproduction or utilisation of such graphics, audio/video clips or texts in other electronic or printed publications shall not be permitted without the explicit approval of the Author.

4. Data protection
Where the website includes an option for entering personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of such data by the user shall be made on an explicitly voluntary basis. We will use the personal data provided by you (title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number) in accordance with German data protection regulations.

Your personal data, where required for founding, amending or organizing the content of contractual relationships, will only be used for the purposes of making contact with you. Any use of your personal data beyond this for the purposes of advertising, market research or tailoring our offers to your needs will be for internal purposes only. In sending the form, you expressly accept these terms (declaration of consent). This declaration of consent is completely voluntary and can be revoked by you at any time by e-mail.

The purchase and payment of all offered services shall be permitted - where this is technically possible and can be reasonably expected - without specifying any such personal data or by providing anonymised data or by means of an alias. The use of contact data published in the imprint or similar data such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers or e-mail addresses by third parties for the dispatch of information which has not been specifically solicited shall not be permitted. The Author explicitly reserves the right to take legal action against senders of so-called spam mail with any infringement of this prohibition.

If you require further information or wish to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data or contest the use of your usage data, the Support team can be contacted by e-mail at info@ewd.de or by telephone on: +49 86 71 - 5 03 - 0.
